AUSTIN, TEXAS — Today we’re announcing that Software Network dissolved the acquisition with Appleosophy and will no longer be part of the Appleosophy family. Appleosophy acquired Software Network on October 1st, 2018 and starting on February 9th, 2023, Software Network will no longer be part of Appleosophy brands or services. Software Network will move back as an independent “company” while Appleosophy will no longer support the “company”.
The reason this decision was made was due to both companies having issues with company views and poor business practices that Software Network made.
